LONDON, February 21, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14R, Royal Dutch Shell plc (the "Company") (NYSE: RDS.A) (NYSE: RDS.B) confirms that Christine Morin-Postel, a Non-executive Director of the Company, stepped down from the Board of EXOR S.p.A with effect from February 19, 2012.
