(OTCBB: CSNH), a producer and global marketer of furniture and accessories, today announced that it has filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed public offering of its common stock.

Shandong Industries intends to use the net proceeds from this proposed offering to fund a substantial portion of a proposed new furniture production line. This proposed new production line will manufacture a higher-end line of furniture than it has historically produced.
