Earlier today, the firm announced the expiration of the exchange offers and the formal acceptance of validly tendered HOLDRS. The Rebalanced HOLDRS Securities Value, as summarized below, is the value of the securities underlying the tendered HOLDRS receipts after giving effect to purchases and sales performed by the Transition Manager (ConvergEx Group) today, December 20, 2011, following the expiration of the exchange offers.
