The company’s net earnings in the quarter were 74 cents per ADR, on a fully diluted basis, down drastically from $1.29 per ADR in the year-ago quarter. The results missed the Zacks Consensus Estimate of 79 cents per ADR. The earnings suffered a negative seasonality effect of abnormal rainfall combined with the consequences of price reduction in iron ore and pellet.
