(OTCBB: AGWS), announces today that it has engaged enVentive Solutions, Inc. (enVentive) to act as lead engineer and operational consultant for OGSI at its organic fertilizer manufacturing facility in Monticello, MS. enVentive will establish plant operating procedures and material handling protocol in a direct effort to bring daily fertilizer production to post 250+ tons per day.

enVentive (formerly known as The Venture Group) is a 30-year-old company, with substantial gross revenues and a long history of strong profitability. It holds more than 190 patents, with 87 employees, and has a history of profitable growth.
